RHB wins tech award with SunGard's solution

RHB Bank received Celent's 2009 Model Bank of the Year award for its use of SunGard's Ambit Treasury Management solution.

The solution helps RHB Bank in its front, middle and back-office functions as well as providing group account management and control.

The Celent Model Bank Awards recognise best practices in the use of technology. Each Model Bank winner exemplifies how technology has helped improve performance and meet market demands. SunGard's Ambit Treasury solution has helped RHB Bank to consistently improve its treasury operations by allowing the bank to handle increased transaction volume and support for various business entities and instrument types – helping RHB Bank's treasury segment to become one of the bank's leading business units.
