China Bank opens two more branches

China Bank further strengthened its branch network in Metro Manila by opening two more branches at Kalayaan Avenue and Pasig-C. Raymundo. The Bank now has a nationwide network of 225 branches plus three China Bank Savings branches.China Bank Corporation has been aggressively expanding since 2005 which has resulted to the almost doubling of its footprint in less than four years. The expansion program will continue well into 2010 until the Bank's target network of 300 branches is achieved."We are expanding our network to cover more markets and to reach out to more customers. We are also modernizing the look of our branches and the way we do business and implementing a lot of enhancements to become the best bank for our customers. But amid all these changes one thing stays the same – our warm and personalized service that our customers have grown accustomed to at any China Bank branch nationwide for the last 89 years," said Samuel L. Chiong, senior vice president and deputy group head for branch banking.
