SCB-KTB extend loan to Index Living Mall

Siam Commercial Bank has been appointed as the mandated lead arranger for a 4.01-billion-baht syndicated loan with Krung Thai Bank to Index living Mall.

 

The loan enhance performance efficiency and fulfill business expansion goals both locally and overseasof the first-ever special mall for home furnishings in Thailand.

SCB joined with KTB to arrange the loan since it realizes the need to promote the Thai business growth and competitiveness for the sake of the country's economic development. In addition, given the company's vision and experience as the industry leader, the Bank is confident that Index Living Mall's management will be able to sustain the firm's business growth and fulfill its business goals.
 
Ms Kridchanok Patamasatayasonthi, Index Living Mall's Managing Director, revealed that the firm plans to increase the number of its branches both locally and overseas to ensure it emerges as the home furnishings and decorations market leader in Asia. To this end, it has entrusted SCB to act as the mandated lead arranger for raising funds through syndicated loan support with KTB in an amount of 4.01 billion baht. The proceeds will be used in support of the company's efforts to boost continued business growth, consolidate the company's leadership in the home furnishings market, and broaden its consumer base.
