China Bank group opens 3 branches & relocates others

China Bank's simultaneous opening of two new branches brought its branch count to 227. The opening of the Novaliches-Zabarte and N. Domingo branches coincided with the opening of the fourth branch of its savings bank arm, ChinaBank Savings, in Alabang Hills.

Along with the on-going expansion, China Bank is embarking on a continuous program to relocate and renovate branches to bigger and better sites. Since the start of the year, five branches moved to new locations and were subsequently renamed, including the branches which transferred in September: Angeles-Miranda Ext., now Angeles-McArthur Highway Branch and Dagupan-Nepo Mall Branch, now known as Dagupan-M.H. Del Pilar Branch.

In Quezon City, there are now 39 China Bank branches with the opening of Novaliches-Zabarte Branch, located  at C.I. Building, Quirino Highway corner Zarbarte Road, Brgy. Kaligayan, Novaliches, concurrently headed by Thaddeus Anthony L. Tan.

On the other hand, China Bank also strengthened its coverage of San Juan City, opening its fourth branch there, N. Domingo Branch, at The Main Place, No. 1 Pinaglabanan corner N. Domingo Sts., San Juan City, headed by Jocelyn S. Salvador.

ChinaBank Savings which celebrated its first anniversary last 8 September, continues to make good progress with its plans to grow bigger and better, opening its Alabang Hills Branch, headed by Quen V. Umil.  The savings bank's fourth branch is located at CT Alabang Commercial Citi Arcade, Don Jesus Blvd., Alabang Hills, Cupang, Muntinlupa City.

China Bank's Angeles-McArthur Highway Branch headed by Ma. Josefa R. Nisce, moved last 22 September to its new home in McArthur Highway corner San Pablo St., Angeles City; while  Dagupan-M.H. Del Pilar Branch headed by Rommel M. Agacita, has been serving its clients since 28 September at Carried Realty Bldg., No. 28 M.H. del Pilar Street, Dagupan City. Another branch, Dumaguete, is scheduled for relocation in December.

China Bank has lined up 14 more branches to be opened within the year while ChinaBank Savings is opening two branches in October — Kalookan and Greenhills-Wilson Branches.
