Seng is Chief Solution Architect for business intelligence, IoT, big data, data analytics, data science and data catalogue solutions at Hitachi Vantara Asia Pacific, where he skilfully bridges the gap between executives, business strategists and technologists.

An experienced IT solution consultant, Seng brings over 20 years of diverse experience in pre/post sales solution architecting, customer/partners engagement, program/project management and service delivery. Seng’s domain lies in Analytics Engineering, specializing in the ETL (extract transform load) and ELT (extract load transform) space.
He has consulted for customers in telco, financial services, logistics, utilities and public sectors. The Singapore government and the governments of Oman, Bahrain, Republic of Congo, Ghana, Caribbean Islands, Mauritius, and the United Nations are among the clientele that he has successfully delivered strategic solutions to.

Seng joined Hitachi Vantara in 2017. Prior to this, Seng has held various technical portfolios of increasing responsibilities with Talend, Panasonic and Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.

Seng graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan.

Tim Charlton holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales (1991), and a Graduate Certificate in Management from theAustralian Graduate School of Management (2006).

He worked on the South China Morning Post newspaper in Hong Kong for 3 years. He then worked at Star Television for 2 years. He founded the Charlton Media Group in 2001 in Singapore. He is based inSingapore.

Ros was appointed as Group Chief Technology & Data Officer in June 2021. Ros is responsible for Group
Technology and Data for CIMB Group, supporting multiple countries, with a focus on continuing to provide
high service levels to customers and provide technology solutions while we digitise for productivity uplift.

The technology initiatives, anchored on delivering value for the Group’s Forward23+ strategic plan,
include:

· Build Resilient and Next Gen Tech to sustain and build modernised stable & resilient platforms for the digital tomorrow

· Drive Differentiated Customer Experience that includes initiatives for Data Analytics, building centralised payments hub, as well as new and improved customer facing applications

Ros joined CIMB Group as Head of Technology (MY) in August 2020. She has over 25 years of regional experience and expertise gained from multinational companies. Ros also has a wide international
exposure and held different IT strategic management and operational positions within the Asia Pacific region and the United States of America
