Deutsche Bank names APAC head of wealth solutions

Dominique Jooris was CEO of Bank Pictet & Sie in Singapore prior to his new role.

Deutsche Bank has welcomed Dominique Jooris as its head of wealth solutions coverage, Asia Pacific.

The newly created role is expected to drive coverage of wealth management in APAC, particularly for Asian families looking for more efficient structures and vehicles to manage their wealth.

“The Asia Pacific is already home to more billionaires than any other region,” the bank said in a press release. “Given this dramatic wealth accumulation, many Asian families are institutionalising their wealth management through more efficient structures and vehicles, primarily via family offices.”

Prior to becoming Deutsche Bank’s new head of wealth, Jooris served as CEO of Bank Pictet & Cie in Singapore. He has also held a number of senior DCM roles, including 11 years at Goldman Sachs in both Asia (excluding Japan) & EMEA.
