That’s why we undertook a major survey to canvas views and get an accurate picture of how financial services executives view digital services and the arrival of challengers in the market.

Our recent survey of key executives in banks and wealth management firms showed that while most organisations are aware of challengers arriving in their market, not every organisation is taking the competitive threat equally seriously.
